Vocational training has always played an essential role at Zollner. Up to this day, we’ve trained over 1,500 young people to work in qualified jobs at our company.
At Zollner, you can choose between 20 different technical or commercial apprenticeships, including nine dual courses of study.

"Meanwhile, I’m employed at Zollner. I started working as a scheduler in the E5 division (inductive components) in 2010.
My first contact with Zollner Elektronik AG was an internship in the 9th grade. It didn’t take me long to realize that I wanted to become an electronics technician. From 2007 to 2010 I received a vocational training to become an electronics technician for devices and systems – and I never regretted my decision. I was able to get to know every department at Zollner and got a complete overview of the company.
It’s great how the older colleagues accept us. That’s what motivates you to give your best. Even when you’re still an apprentice, you’re integrated in daily business routine. Plus, it’s quite probable to be permanently employed after vocational training. When you give your best, there are good promotion prospects at Zollner. Due to our many industry sectors, you have a variety of opportunities to develop in all possible directions.
Right now, I’m studying for my engineering degree. Advanced training is important at Zollner, because technology doesn’t remain at a standstill either. As an apprentice, you have to show a real interest in your profession. Carelessly going in for any training, just to do something – that doesn’t work. At Zollner, you have to be committed and that’s when many doors open for you."
