There is a uniform and comprehensible payment system that features various levels for all employees at our German Zollner sites. This creates a transparent basis and identifies clear professional and associated financial development opportunities. Which work task is assigned to which payment group is also regulated within the payment system. The grouping is carried out in a uniform manner, which makes it comprehensible.

Additional services

On top of the salary, there are a wide range of voluntary benefits. Monetary benefits, such as vacation and Christmas bonuses, a mileage allowance for commuting to work, and additional payments to your company pension plan, create financial security. Life is more than work. We offer the flexibility you need to for all your personal dreams. All our employees receive 30 days of vacation per year. There are also additional vacation days that we as a family business use to support particular family events such as weddings or births.
