Successful Nadcap Audit for Altenmarkt III
At the beginning of the year, our Altenmarkt III site — which specializes, among other things, in the Aerospace & Defense sector — was successfully audited once again according to the Nadcap AC7120 program. The audit was conducted by an independent auditor from the Performance Review Institute (PRI), resulting in the gratifying outcome that the existing Merit Gold status was successfully reaffirmed. This means the site has maintained continuous accreditation since 2016.
Nadcap accreditation is considered one of the most demanding quality credentials in the aerospace industry. It requires a valid EN 9100 certification or a recognized equivalent and focuses on the consistent compliance with and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. The goal is to ensure the production of electronic products at the highest quality level.
During the four-day assessment, our processes were thoroughly reviewed — with the result that we not only met all requirements but also set reliable benchmarks in terms of our quality standards. This success is the result of the outstanding commitment, technical expertise, and teamwork of our colleagues.
