We are on a first-name basis here

Everyone throughout the company is on a first-name basis and works together in a spirit of cooperation, trust, and respect. Open communication on equal footing is also an important part of our corporate culture. We provide our employees with information via various channels and thereby create transparency. We encourage open exchange, and it makes us happy when our employees contribute their own ideas.


We take our responsibility for the people in our region very seriously. Creating crisis-proof jobs has always been one of the main goals of our family business. Our company founder started as a one-man business, in 1965, with the aim of creating 35 jobs. Since then, constant and sustainable growth has led to a current total of over 13,000 people worldwide who we support with a secure job.


We’ve remained a family despite the growth. For over 55 years we’ve been there for one another and have been putting our trust in one another. Our casual culture throughout the company creates the basis for this solidarity. This is also reflected in our work atmosphere – our employees appreciate the collegial and trusting cooperation that creates the basis for meeting a multitude of goals and making a difference together as a team.


The people behind our company – who give their best every day – are just as diverse as our company itself. We’re a strong partner for our customers that is active in seven different sectors. Over 13,000 personalities with a wide range of nationalities work for us in 700 different jobs. And we benefit from this diversity. Every perspective, every idea, and every opinion that each individual brings to the company leads to the solutions for the future that we create together.


The next generations of our family business, and mankind in general, should also find a planet worth living on. That’s why we attach great importance to environmentally as well as economically sustainable corporate management. We use renewable energies and responsibly and carefully handle our valuable resources to try to keep our footprint as small as possible. We also take care to treat people and the environment conscientiously and respectfully as regards our investments in company sites and our partnerships with customers and suppliers worldwide.
