Selection criteria

  • Qualified high school graduation with good grades or a high school diploma.
  • Important majors:
    • For technical occupations: mathematics, physics, computer science
    • For commercial occupations: German language, commercial majors
  • Generally very important: English language skills
  • Evaluated also are:
    • Diploma comments
    • Participation in "work-related" elective courses
    • Possible student internship and/or between-semester work at Zollner
  • Also important:
    • Team spirit (membership in clubs, other group involvement)
    • Good social skills and a friendly demeanor
